You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 99play2 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5.1 Finality of Results. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 99play2 system, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the User after acceptance, except where 99play2 expressly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
5.2 Void Bets. 99play2 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (a) clear errors in odds or game parameters; (b) technical faults materially affecting the integrity of the wager; (c) evidence of collusion, match manipulation, or exploitation of system errors; or (d) circumstances outside 99play2's reasonable control.

5.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, 99play2 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly using available data. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
6.1 Terms Apply. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 99play2 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time of the relevant promotion. General bonus terms supplement these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. 6.5 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

10.3 99play2's total aggregate liability to any User arising from any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
99play2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or any other conduct that 99play2 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.
Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by 99play2 without cause attributable to the User, any verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99play2 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory local law.
